The best beaches near our hotels in Majorca

The island of Majorca is home to hundreds of beaches, each more beautiful than the one before. Today we would like to suggest some of the best beaches close to the Pabisa hotels in Playa de Palma.

El Arenal Beach

One of Majorca’s best-known beaches, both locally and internationally, is located just 3 minutes away from our hotels! This extensive, calm-water beach is one of the most visited on the island and has been adapted for use by everyone. As one of the epicentres of tourism, it has become a local ‘smart’ destination and the Pabisa Hotels Group offers free Wi-Fi on the beach.

Can Pastilla

Part of the Playa de Palma Beach facing the town of Can Pastilla, in recent years it has become one of the best beaches in Majorca for water sports, especially windsurfing and paddleboarding.

Delta Beach

A rocky area located near Puigderrós and with many points of access to the water, its waters are part of the Bay of Palma marine reserve, so it is the perfect place for snorkelling. It is not indicated on maps, so here’s how to get there.

Cala Comtesa

This beach in Calvià is one of the island’s most beautiful urban beaches (more info). Despite its proximity to the town it offers a beautiful and well-preserved natural environment that includes both sandy and rocky areas (more info). Even with being in another municipality, Palma’s urban bus number 3 gets there (first you can get to the center of the city from Playa de Palma with buses 15, 23 or 25).

Es Trenc Majorca

This is the largest and best-preserved beach on the island as well as one of the most beautiful (more info). Es Trenc beach is located 40km from Playa de Palma so, while it is not as close as the other beaches, you won’t notice the distance as you can go by bus every day directly from the hotel at a bargain price.

What are you waiting for? Come and visit the best beaches in Majorca in 2015!
